はじめに
Introduction
ご存じの通り、令和6年1月1日に発生した能登半島地震は、多くの被害をもたらしました。人間だけでなく、地域に暮らすペットや家族もその犠牲となり、住む場所を失うなど厳しい状況に置かれています。
As you may aware, the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred on January 1, 2024, has caused extensive damage. Numerous individuals and families, including those with pets, as well as other animals in the area have lost their homes and are now facing various harsh conditions.
そこで ペットのおうち®︎ は共同事業を行っているNPO SAP（特定非営利活動法人 ⽇本動物保護取扱環境⽀援機構）と連携し、被災地のペットや飼い主の皆様、現地で活動を行う保護団体様の支援を目的として、支援金の募集を開始いたします。
Given the challenging circumstances, we, ペットのおうち®︎ (petto no o uchi: a home for pets), in collaboration with the NPO SAP (Special Non-Profit Organization Japan Animal Protection Handling Environment Support Organization), start collecting donations to support pets and their owners affected by the disaster, as well as local animal protection organizations working in the area.
集まった支援金は、被災地周辺の保護団体及び動物病院を通じて、物資支援や活動支援に使わせていただきます。
The collected donations will be used for material support and operational assistance through local animal protection organizations and veterinary hospitals in the disaster area.

この度、「令和6年 被災地支援プロジェクト」における支援金の受付は2024年2月29日をもちまして終了いたしました。皆様のご支援は、私たちの活動に大きな力となっております。支援活動は継続されておりますので、活動報告にご期待ください。活動へのご支援、誠にありがとうございました。
The acceptance of donations for the "Reiwa 6 Disaster Relief Project" has completed as of February 29, 2024. Your generous support has been a significant force to us. 諸費用
Expenses
皆様の寄付から決済手数料と管理費用の合計最大10%を差し引いた金額が支援に使用されます。実際の管理諸費用はすべて特設ページにて報告いたします。万一諸費用が10%を超える場合には、ペットのおうち®︎ にて負担させていただきます。
From your donations, a maximum of 10% of the total amount will be deducted for settlement fees and administrative costs. The actual administrative expenses will be reported on the specific page. Should these costs exceed 10% by any chance, they will be covered by ペットのおうち®︎.

About NPO SAP Managing the Support Funds
令和6年石川能登地震 被災地支援プロジェクトは、「ペットのおうち」とビジョンを共有するNPO SAP（特定非営利活動法人 ⽇本動物保護取扱環境⽀援機構）との共同事業です。皆様からお預かりした寄付を、SAPが管理することにより、透明性を担保し、効率的に被災地への支援実現いたします。
SAPは被災地支援に留まらず、動物愛護団体、生体販売、繁殖事業者に関する情報の開示や評価基準の整備を通じて、健全な里親文化、ペットの犠牲を伴う流通の根絶に向けた活動に取り組んでいます。
The 2024 Ishikawa Noto Earthquake Disaster Area Support Project is a consortium which shares the same vision between “NPO SAP” (Special Non-Profit Organization of Environmental Support for Animal Protection) and ペットのおうち®︎. By entrusting SAP with the management of the donations we receive, we ensure transparency and efficiently realize support for the disaster-affected areas.
SAP's work extends beyond disaster support. They are actively involved in disclosing information and setting evaluation standards on animal welfare organizations, live pet sales, and breeding businesses. Through these efforts, SAP is committed to fostering a healthy culture of pet adoption and eradicating pet trade practices that involve animal suffering.
